How do I join the club
We love welcoming new players to the club! Most people join the club during the summer months before the start of the new season. We can take mid season transfers into the club, if we have space in the team you are wanting to join.
If you are looking to join next seasons U12s, then please contact the Registrations Secretary to express your interest as soon as possible. We'll then let you know when registration is opened for next season.
If you are looking to join one of our teams but your player is not currently a member of the club, your first step is to contact the Registrations Secretary to enquire if there is space in the team. Once confirmed, you'll be invited to register.
How do I register my player(s)
Once you've contacted the Registration Secretary, you'll be sent a registration link for the appropriate team, if there's space on the squad for you to register.
Existing members will be invited to register prior to the start of the season and will be emailed specific registration links to do that.
How much does it cost to join the club?
The fees for the 2025/26 season will be £150 per player plus the cost of your basic match kit. If a team has Match Kit Sponsorship, then the cost of the shirt will be covered by the sponsor.
How do I pay for my player?
Payment is set up by Direct Debit through the parent/carer's JoinIn portal here
What if I miss a payment?
The direct debit will only be taken if there is sufficient funds in your account to do so. If the payment fails, the system will make another attempt to collect your payment 5 days later.
What if I can't pay?
You must contact the Registration Secretary as soon as possible. If you are struggling with your payments, there may be ways we can help, but only if you let us know there is a problem. Please do so as soon as possible to avoid any arrears building up.
How do I cancel my direct debit?
Please don't cancel your DirectDebit you've set up in JoinIn unless you have left the club. This DD allows us to provide refunds/credits for sponsorship if needed. Remember, you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee while your DD is active. When you leave the club, you should cancel the DD via your own bank. It is NOT the responsibility of Nidd United JFC to cancel your payment if you leave the club.
How do we get our Match Kit?

How can I login to my club account (JoinIn)?
You can login to your club account via the JoinIn portal here. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
How do I update my contact details?
You can update your contact details by logging into the JoinIn portal here and updating your profile.
How do I update my child's medical details?
You can update your child's medical details by logging into the JoinIn portal here and updating their profile.
